Cali-Fit was formerly named Raising The Bar Calisthenics when opening in August 2013 -2019 during which we were the first and for a while the only Calisthenics gym to open in Australia. Over the years our methods and procedures have greatly improved and expanded and the choice was made to rebrand to Cali-Fit to further highlight our number 1 priority, our un-intimidating and welcoming gym culture.

 

We aim to make calisthenics as simple as possible for beginners building your foundations and educating you as you progress. The overall goal is to take you to a level of strength you wouldn’t ever think is possible for yourself. This is a long road with ups and down and joy and frustrations which ultimately leads you to seeing yourself in a very different light or as we call it new levels of self worth.

 

This is the meaning behind “Ordinary People, Extraordinary Capabilities”. No one is born extraordinary, in fact extraordinary people are all built over time. You can’t buy your way to the level of strength we help people achieve, you can’t take shortcuts and it takes lots of time and consistency but at the end you’ll get to shake hands the person you could become

Cali-Fit Timetable

All new clients are welcome to any Cali-Strong session. We suggest Full-body or Legs & Core if it is your first session :)

 

New clients must attend at least one Cali-strong session before attending Ninja

Cali-Skills members only sessions where  clients can practise the various skills of calisthenics training

Our Training Sessions

Cali-Fit offers 30+ sessions per week teaching the foundations of Calisthenics and the skills possible to conquer Ninja Warrior. These sessions are designed to be suitable for all levels of strength allowing you to push hard but progress at your own pace. The Cali-Fit method of teaching and training has you covered for all your strength and fitness needs

Cali-Strong

Cali-Strong sessions build you from whatever your starting point is to levels of strength you can only imagine! Train hard using the right level of resistance and the right progressions for you. To achieve the long term feats of strength calisthenics is famous for like muscle-ups handstands and flags Cali-Strong is essential. With our tailored approach and regular 8 week strength tests we have you covered from your first day!

Functional training isn't a buzz word to us. Calisthenics is the foundation of all functional movements and functional strength. We don't just use functional exercisers we live and breathe them. True functional strength means you will build strength and muscle naturally and still be able to pull-up, handstand, climb, run, jump, swing and vault

We pride ourselves on the friendly community we have built over the years. Cali-Fit is a safe place for people to focus on building themselves up without the presence of judgement and intimidation. If you are new you will see some our clients doing some incredible feats of strength but it's those very same people that will be the first to introduce themselves to you and share how you to can reach that same level

Cali-Fit is located at 3/352 Melton road, Northgate. You will see a large "Rent-a-bomb" sign we are the driveway on the right hand side. We have three parking spaces out front and plenty of street parking in the immediate area.
