Join us for the opportunity to deep dive on so many aspects that will affect your calisthenics training from Injuries and Mindset to Anatomy and specific knowledge of calisthenic skills. Helping my clients with these issues normally takes months for the lessons and practical tools to set in. Together we will break these topics down in great detail spending in some cases hours until the lessons are clear and understood, giving you a head start on your training and accelerating your progress!

This workshop is designed to help calisthenics enthusiasts of all levels of strength and experience. Even though the calisthenics skill workshops cover advanced feats of strength like human flag and levers, beginner are still welcomed and encouraged. Whether you've been training for a month or a few years we will have the right challenges for you on the day and help you understand how to get to the next level!
